Coconut Macaroons

Making these crunchy, yummy, and delicious coconut macaroons has never been as easy as one, two, and three. You can make these simple to make macaroons for your guests or why not just for yourself, you’ll be amazed!

  • 2 cups shredded coconut flakes
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 310 degrees F.

In a bowl, beat 2 egg yolks with the powdered sugar.

Using a hand mixer or whisk, beat the egg white until it is stiff.

Add the shredded coconut to the egg yolk mix, and bring in together.

Then add the stiffed egg white, and delicately fold it in.

Spread some butter on a baking pan.

Create small to medium balls and add to the baking pan and bake for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, reduce the heat to 248 degrees F and bake for another 30 minutes.

Let it cool down, and serve your crunchy, yummy, and delicious coconut macaroons. Enjoy!
